You never know what to expect. That’s where we come in! Meet with us to gather all of the necessary information to make your decision.

What our meeting will look like: You’ll send us the address ahead of time and we will pull preliminary data about your property, subdivision, etc. We’ll meet you either at the office or at the property you’re selling to do a walk through. After the walk through, we’ll present all of the data for you, though we may need to make some tweaks upon seeing the property.

We’ll show you market stats, comparable properties, and all of the numbers involved. We’ll even give you a “seller net sheet” that will estimate your profit once the selling fees are subtracted. We use our teaching backgrounds to really educate you about what the whole process will look like, and will discuss a game plan from there.
