Where do i start?

Because every individual situation is different, we suggest starting with a conversation with us!

When Do I Start?

You’ll want to have a conversation with us as soon as the thought of buying or selling enters your mind. The last thing you want is to watch your dream home slip through your fingers because you weren’t prepared. Let’s meet and make a game plan tailored to your specific needs.

What Are The Risks?

There is no risk in meeting with us, just think of us as your educators right off the bat! Our initial conversations are meant to educate and assist, in hopes that when you are ready to buy or sell, you’ll choose to hire us as your realtors. We only get paid when a house closes, and we’re only committed to one another once we sign a Listing Agreement or Buyer Agency Agreement.

What If I Want To See A House Today?

In order to see homes, you’ll need a mortgage pre-approval letter or a verification of cash funds, and a Buyer Agency Agreement signed with us. If you have all of that, let’s go see that house! Send us a text with the address and we’ll set up the showing for you. Don’t have your preapproval? No problem! We can set you up with a lender who can work towards getting you one ASAP. Don’t have a buyer agency agreement? No problem! We’ll send one to you to review the services and value we provide so you can decide if you want to hire us as your Realtors. Either way, if you want to see a house, just text us so we can get the ball rolling!

What If I Need To Sell In Order To Buy?

You’re not the only one! We deal with this often, and like to consider it one of our specialties. We can come up with a game plan tailored to your specific needs.

When Should I Start Looking At Homes?

Every situation is different! Are you currently in a lease? When does that lease end? When do you have to give notice? Do you have a place to stay in the interim? Do you need to sell to buy? Do you have no timeline? This is why we say each situation is different. Keep in mind, on average it takes about 30 days to close on a house once you find it and go under contract (sometimes more, sometimes less!) You’ll want to leave time to prepare a game plan, get your preapproval, and actually see some houses! There are so many variables, so let’s chat to get YOUR game plan.

What do I need to do to get my house ready to sell?

Think you can guess the answer at this point? Every situation is different, so set up a meeting with us! Part of our services include helping you prepare your home for the market. To get your house ready to sell, simply give us a call and we’ll come over to help curate a list of what we advise to enhance your property. This can often save you money as some things you thought to do might not actually help the house sell, and we might have some ideas to do instead!

Does my house need to be “showing ready” before you meet me?

No way! Part of our listing services include helping you prepare your home for the market. We can see past whatever you’ve got going on and can advise you on what you need to do to get it ready.
